Tour Credential
To help tour hosts identify you as part of Temple Owls Fan Travel, we ask that you wear your official tour credential (name badge) for all Tour and motorcoach related events. Your Tour credentials will be distributed on-site. Tour credentials are required for the Welcome Breakfast, Game Day Transfers, and Pregame Tailgate.

The Temple Owls Fan Travel Hospitality Desk will be staffed. If you haven’t already done so, please plan to stop by to pick up your game tickets, tour name badge credentials and souvenir.

9:30 am – 11:00 am
|
Temple Owls Fan Travel Welcome Breakfast takes place in the Garden Terrace Pavilion at the DoubleTree Palm Beach Gardens. The Garden Terrace Pavilion is located on the ground floor of the hotel.

By 11:00 am
|
Please check-out at the hotel’s front desk and pay any incidentals you may have incurred. You may store your luggage with the bell staff until 2:00 pm when we will place it on the motorcoach.

2:00 pm
|
Please meet at the main entrance of the hotel to load motorcoach transportation to the Temple University Alumni Tailgate. Your luggage will be brought from the bell stand to the motorcoach on which you will travel to the game and to the airport after the game.

2:15 pm
|
Motorcoach transportation departs for the pregame tailgate.

3:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Temple University Alumni Tailgate @ Ford Fan Fest and Oh Boy Sports Midway (west side of FAU Stadium).
The Temple Alumni tailgate comes to Florida! The Palm Beach Chapter of the Temple University Alumni Association invites you to join fellow Temple alumni, fans, and friends prior to kick-off at FAU Stadium. Gather under the Temple Alumni tent for all your football pregame favorites. Included is an unlimited tailgate buffet, two alcoholic drink tickets, unlimited non-alcoholic drinks, and Temple giveaways to cheer on the Owls!

Following the Game
|
Motorcoaches will depart 45 minutes after the conclusion of the game. Please refer to your Game Day Map and look for Temple Owls Fan Travel signs. Staff will direct you to your designated motorcoach. You should board the coach designated “AIRPORT.” You will be on the same bus as your luggage. Please do not leave loose items on the motorcoach.
